A côté du dragon-serpent et du lion, la porte d'Ishtar à Babylone était ornée de taureaux en briques vernissées qui symbolisaient le dieu Adad, dieu de l’orage. La porte d'Ishtar est aujourd'hui en partie reconstituée au musée de Pergame à Berlin.
Beside the dragon-serpent and the lion, the door of Ishtar in Babylon was decorated with bulls in glazed bricks which symbolized the god Adad, god of the storm. The Ishtar Gate is now partially reconstructed at the Pergamon Museum in Berlin.
